Shipping

Orders are mailed via USPS First-Class and include tracking numbers. Flat rate shipping on all orders. Currently only shipping within the United States. Allow up to three (3) days processing time.

Returns

Returns can be issued up to 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, returns will no longer be accepted. Refunds are issued in the same currency that was used for purchase. The refund will appear in the account in about 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made up to 30 days after purchase. Items damaged or lost in the mail can be replaced with the same item while supplies last. If a damaged or lost item is out of stock, an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value may be made.
